Company Registration

Register your company in South Africa — the right way

We handle the full process with CIPC and SARS so your business is properly registered, tax-ready and able to trade from day one. Most registrations are completed in 5–10 business days.

From name to trading, fully handled

We manage every step with the CIPC, SARS and the Department of Employment & Labour — and keep you updated throughout.

  1. 01

    Name reservation

We reserve your company name with the CIPC and confirm availability, usually within a day or two.

  2. 02

    Company registration

We register your private company (Pty) Ltd with the CIPC and obtain your registration certificate (CoR 14.3) and Memorandum of Incorporation.

  3. 03

    SARS tax registration

Your company is automatically registered for Income Tax. We activate eFiling and register for VAT and PAYE where required.

  4. 04

    Statutory registrations

We register you with the UIF, the Department of Employment & Labour (COIDA) and the Compensation Fund as an employer.

  5. 05

    Bank & systems setup

We help open a business bank account and set up your accounting, invoicing and payroll systems from day one.

  6. 06

    B-BBEE & CSD

We issue your B-BBEE affidavit and register you on the Central Supplier Database so you can trade and tender.
